Sweet trip, sounds like a trip of a life time. I can't wait to see you climb the hills on your bike after all that rich living/eating ;) The sashimi course and scraping across with the paddles looks very textural & absolutely delicious – I haven’t’ seen sashimi served this way in the USA - Have you?
