I saw these slabs of marble at a local market and got very hungry.
Now that's some crunchy bacon!
So was this really meant to resemble bacon? Or was it supposed to be something else, but you saw bacon instead? Either way... what a novelty item. And I thought this stuff was only in America!
@Mary Ann: I think it's meant to resemble fatty pork - the same cut as bacon.
